Showcased in this tropical lookbook are the two Freedom Rebel anchor pieces, the Freedom Tee and Freedom Rebels Baseball Tee. As well as the digital all over classic Work Of arT garment in Floral and Ice Camo respectively. Also seen in the lookbook is the staple FCB USA tee.

We took our time creating this conceptual series of garments - straying away from our signature Socket Logo and FRESH® designs in place of a free range of uniquely inspired pieces to give you our first complete collection.
Creative Director Joshua Gadson takes us through his thought process as he talks origins and inspirations surrounding the two anchor pieces - the Freedom tee & Freedom Rebels Baseball Tee:
“The Freedom tee is inspired by the struggle and heartache blacks fought for all these years. We ultimately found out the land of the free is not so free and that promise of freedom is still just an illusion. That’s until you break out of what society views as freedom, hence the blood red strikethrough over “Freedom”, which is a double entendre representing pain and victory. Sometimes, in order to be free, free in mind, free in spirit, free in happiness, free in creativeness and free in general, you have to rebel. As for the Freedom Rebels Baseball Tee, it was directly inspired by the the fact that baseball was one the first professional sports to integrate black athletes in the world. And in order to attain freedom or in FCB’s case, a large goal, it’s going to take a strong, persistent and resilient team of free thinkers and spirits. The “Work Of arT” features our CdNMC Socket Heart over an all-over Floral Camo design inspired by our digital Floral Camo artwork. This 100% Spun Polyester tee is extremely limited in numbers as only 50 were made. Each garment is represented by its respective # out of 50 for each piece. Below are a few words from FCB Creative Director, Joshua Gadson, behind the inspiration and intent of the “Work Of arT”.
The “Work Of arT” was created with the intension to emulate walking artwork. I wanted to give the illusion that somebody just pulled this off of a painting while showing our (Fresh Connection Brand) depth and love of culture.
